IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OWNERS / BUILDERS
Earthworks profiles at Silverwoods have been created by a cut-to-fill process utilising selected on-site material under continuous Level 1 supervision of an independent Geotechnical Testing Authority. The independent Geotechnical Testing Authority indicates that works within the Silverwoods estate comply with AS2870 and AS3798. As such, the placed material is deemed suitable for construction of single and double storey dwellings, enabling utilization of conventional strip footings or raft slab construction to a structural engineer’s design. Builders should carry out independent geotechnical investigations to verify this statement. |
